My name is Stephanie Eubank and I am one of the nation’s for most experts on Condo Project Underwriting. I have two years and a half left in my Doctorate program. I recently got married and prior to being married my name was Stephanie Gast- Wilson. My family and I refer to each other as a family of bears. As such I have earn the family nick names of, “Mommy Bear” and, “Doctor Bear”.

While working my field for ten years I have spent it working on my Masters of Operations Management with the focus in Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University online program and started working on my Doctorate in Business Administration remotely at Concordia University Chicago.

During my studies I have worked seven years remotely and seen in both practice and academically how a remote workplace is a smart business move and the push back from companies holding on to onsite employment as a means of ensuring customer service and productivity. Also, often times as a method of having mass layoffs without advertising it and re-branding as a restructuring of a company. Even though remote teams allow for more people to be part of the economy. Meaning people in traditional care giving roles like mothers can balance life and work.

So, my research is to help others find a life work balance and bring our economy into the new post COVID world. As I balance my work, school, and life I am creating this blog to get the word out on my research and help gain subjects for my research. As I work to become Dr. Mrs. Stephanie Eubank (AKA Dr. Bear).
